EFT Tapping Points

EFT works by tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on an issue or emotion. This combination sends a calming signal to the brain, reducing the stress response and creating lasting emotional shifts.


The tapping points include the top of the head, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and the karate chop point on the side of the hand.
